Returns
Avian Fashions does not accept returns, unless your item is in its original packaging and is unopened. We have a 30-day from receipt of order return policy.
To be eligible for a return, you need to have placed your order directly through our AvianFashions.com website, and not through a third party vendor.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@avianfashions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on Sale or Clearance Items
Refunds are not available for damages caused by bird. Including but not limited to...bird poop, bird food, stains, holes, snags, feathers left behind, tears to any part of the product
Exchanges
Some birds are slightly smaller or larger than average, or sometimes measurements can be off. In this case, we will gladly accommodate an exchange for size or product within 30 days of shipping (provided the item is returned in good condition).
Return shipping labels will be provided for the first exchange due to sizing. All other returns after the first will need to be shipped at customers expense.

Be sure to include a short note with your exchange that provides your name & address, order # (helpful), the reason for your exchange & the size or product for which you'd like to exchange. Additional charges or refunds may apply. We will send your bird's new size upon receipt of your exchange.
Damages and issues
All items go through a triple check process before being shipped. Manufacturer Finish Quality Check, Packaging Check, and Shipping Check. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is received defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make any necessary corrections.
Refunds
We will issue your product refund once we’ve received and inspected your approved return. If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original order payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Lost/Delayed Packages
Lost packages will be considered for refund if:
US shipping has not arrived or been tracking updated within 30 days of shipping.
International packages have not arrived or been tracking updated within 60 days of shipping.
Refunds are based on product price/tax & do not include shipping charges.
