Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out via calculated USPS (US Postal Service) rates, unless otherwise specified.  Customers may select Routine First Class or Priority.

When tracking your USPS package, please note that the USPS "Delivered" notice may not always be accurate.  Please allow three extra days for the USPS to deliver your package.  

If after three days, you have still not received your package after a "delivery" notice, please contact your local USPS office with your tracking number to allow them to find your missing package.  Please notify us if the USPS has been unsuccessful in finding the missing parcel.

We also ship via FedEx and UPS.

International Buyers – Please Note:

USPS International First Class and USPS International Priority can take 2-7 weeks for delivery, but we have found a majority arrive within 3 weeks.

For our international orders, the shipping charge is based on weight.  Most first-class International orders will range from $11.00 - $19.00, and Global Priority will range from $19- $34.00. 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Custom charges are calculated by each individual country.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before purchasing.

Due to lost packages and delayed delivery to some countries, we may require that your order be shipped via FedEx. 

Due to international sanctions, no orders will be shipped to Iran or Russia

All carts will reflect shipping options.

All orders will receive an email or text with shipping information for tracking once it has shipped.

Unclaimed international packages are automatically returned to store. Once a package comes back to us, we will issue a full refund for the items contained minus the original shipping charge.
